#11 Falling with great panache
Void, devoid of the noise and prying
Pitiful state we are in, enough with lying
I see through you, I hope you do too
Through the glee and through the rue
I'll bring moonlight with me, complimentary
It'll give a subtle feel of something wintery
Bright enough to show the shimmer in your eyes
Dark enough to hide the cries in disguise
Can you bring the mist in your head
We won't have to watch where we tread
As we unwind in our liminal space
May the time pass at a sober pace
More shades will join us, a vibrant canvas to paint
They'll bring something, something once called a taint
We don't need to ascend, we are the ascent
From calls of past, we lose the present
Maybe you'll see your beauty, when we are done
Then you'll find your place under the sun
But till then we'll keep imagining our world
Your place to rule, your own little pearl
When our roots spread away ever slightly
In winter chime, my fingers clenched ever tightly
When the spectrum is finally complete
In winter chime, under moonlight again, we'll meet
A star flitters in your pupil, a dim yearning
The gravity tugging at the far away nothing
Giving life for the brighter new
Giving way for a lighter hue
